Otakelaide
Today I went and had the most amazing time at Otakelaide in Adelaide.
It was my first time selling anything that I had made, and my first time at a convention. I was given a table across from the doorway to the Videogames room, so there was lots of traffic coming past.
I was so amazed at the reception that my silly little craft projects got! People were squealing over the Pokeballs (damn, I wish I had another 50 or so on hand to sell), or wanting to hug the Yoshi doll or try on the Cthulhu mask.
Even more amazing was the fact that I sold out of everything that I brought to sell! Definitely a great first selling experience.
Now to start working on the commissions that I have racked up, and then a bit of rest.
I hope to start creating new projects soon, and please, please, please contact me if you would like anything that you see listed here! There may be a slight delay if I have to make a new one, but I promise it will be worth it in the end.
